Man's wasted youth in pursuit of love, when

too late the fog clears and the respect of men

is seen to be life's longing.

Staying the course of boyhood it seems,

of pure motives, goals, and dreams

provides purpose and belonging.

Looking back as nights grow longer,

had the boy in the man been stronger,

all would have been achieved.
